WE were able to look round at our own pace but help was there if we needed it by a very helpful assistant.

The sales assistant was very understanding of our requirements and gave us good professional advice. He was patient and allowed us to come to an informed decision of our purchase without any pressure. Service was friendly with the terms of sale explained in full before we made the transaction. Would recommend. Thank you

Greg didn't hound us as soon as we walked in, he gave us ample time to look by ourselves and was then there to help once we had questions.

Aaron at our Rugby branch, was a true example of genuine, non pushy Customer Service. He took his time to listen to our needs, he guided us through examples of products, he was patient, considerate and displayed respect and humour. A lovely young man, I cannot praise him enough!

Very helpful, quick and simple process

We visited in March to purchase ourselves a mattress following a previous visit in January when we purchased 2 children's beds. We had the same sales assistant (Greg) who appeared to remember the 4 of us and was very friendly and helpful. The visit on that particular day was driven by the fact that my husband had hurt his back - Greg was therefore very attentive and quick in his explanation and service (we had already discussed options in Jan so we already knew what we were looking for - just needed to try out beds!)

The mattress we wanted wasn't in the store but suzi took the time to find a similar one we could try instead.

great friendly staff ,did not push wanted you to make the right choice. good sense of humour could have a laugh with them so nice they coffee for us. should be shop of the year
