Very helpful and knowledgeable sales assistant who gave us time to look/ think without pressure. She was also very understanding of us having our autistic daughter with us, which caused distraction.

Warm welcome by Greg who offered assistance and asked the right questions without pressurised sales talk. He took the time & trouble to answer queries and show, both in showroom and on computer the range available to meet our needs. He explained comparisons in quality, comfort & price. Completion of order, explanation and confirmation was quick & precise in simple terms rather than using jargon. We were also given a cup of tea.
