Suzi was very friendly and so was the other staff. Offer use all a drink while we did the paper work. Made the effort to give my children something to do to keep them busy. Very friendly staff, will definnetly return in future

We were not hassled by sales staff when we entered store, but left to browse. That made our visit a relaxing stressfree experience. We had already walked out of one shop, having been"pounced" upon within moments of entering store. We felt able to browse and discuss our requirements privately not pressurised. This led to us making two purchases!

The Assistant Suzi was very welcoming - she guided us to similar beds to the one we liked; her knowledge was excellent and her cups of tea & coffe greatly appreciated byus both. She was friendly and attentive without being pushy - her relaxed friendly manner was contributory to our completing our purchase yesterday.

All the members of staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome in the store, although I arrived 20mins before closing to place my order, I had been earlier in the day, explained to Greg what I was after and he gave me all the options and explained in detail each one, allowed me to test the beds, wrote down all the details of the ones I narrowed down and was able to go away and wait till my partner was home from work, to discuss which one we would purchase. In returning he made me double check my choice as we where spending a lot of money. I couldn't of asked for any better assistance.

The assistant answered all our questions very professionally and we weren't pressured into making a purchase until we were satisfied we had chosen.

Aaron who assisted us with our visit at rugby, guaged the level of help we needed, not pushy as soon as we were in the shop but very able to advise on products.

I found the sales assistant very helpful and went above and beyond what was necessary. I was very impressed.
