John was brilliant he listened to want we wanted and then pointed out beds he thought we would like and then left us to look round ourselfs. He offered us a cup of tea and then when we had found the one we wanted he talked us though everythink

The assistant, John, was very friendly and knowledgeable and showed us a selection of suitable mattresses that would meet our needs.

Gregory and other store assistants were cheerful, helpful and informative and we purchased 2 mattresses and lovely cloud tempur pillows. We were given a drink and were made very welcome.

Suzi, the assistant was very helpful without being pushy. She gave us time to try out various options and there was a good variation. We were even given a cup of coffee! Lovely airy and light store.
