Product good and customer service excellent!

I called in the week before and spoke with Aaron, because of his help and answering questions when I returned the following week Aaran was with a customer but i waited 15 mins to see him with a couple more questions, a bit of a laugh and then placed my order.

Suzi was very friendly and polite and showed us exactly what we wanted as we bought our last mattresses from yourselves and the style is no longer part of your stock so showed us the equivalent.

Aaron was very attentive without being over keen, very informative, funny and polite. He was very knowledgeable and explained very clearly. It was a very efficient purchase and all went well.

Sales assistant friendly and understanding of our needs & requirements, myself & wife both suffer with back problems & this was taken into consideration with making our choice

The sales man Greg from the Rugby store was absolutely outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the various options for matresses and which bed would suit our needs. I cannot praise him enough.The best example of customer service I have ever experienced. Give that man a pay rise!

JOHN THE STORE MANAGER WAS MOST UNDERSTANDING AND HELPFUL AS HAVING HAD AN OPERATION FOR CANCER I CAN NO LONGER LAY FLAT EVER AGAIN, HENCE NEEDING AN ADJUSTABLE BED

I needed help choosing the right mattress as I was having problems with the one I had. John was very knowledgeable and helpful and as a result cut down the time it might have taken if I had been left to my own devices!

Helpful assistant, Aaron, although willing to make recommendations I did not feel pressurised to buy. Was able to make reasonable suggestions and alternatives when my needs were outlined. Told me extra bits of useful information

We were very satisfied with the product, availability and member of staff who was ever so helpful.
