Sales manager listened to my requirements, discussed options and was obviously knowledgeable regarding range of products to meet needs. Personable manner, timely and objective advice not 'pushy' salesman! Efficient re administrative arrangements to complete sale.

The sales assistant gave us the perfect product knowledge and let us wonder around the store without feeling hounded, which always makes me leave any store and not buy.

I bought some bedlinen because I have bought some in the past and found it to be the best I could get in my area. I bought the first lot 2 or 3 years ago and have been very pleased with how it has remained in good condition which is why I wanted another set to replace my older alternative linen. I also bought a bedhead but am not making full comments about that until I have it at home and set up on the bed, but do not expect problems. I have bought other products in the past and have been very pleased with their quality.

The assistant (John) was very helpful and clearly knowledgeable. He gave us every assistance without seeming pushy. We were also very surprised and pleased to know we only have to wait a week for delivery of our new bed.

Aaron, the Dreams sales adviser was very friendly, had a good knowledge of the items that we were looking for and provided excellent advice. We found the range of products went beyond our expectations.

I entered the shop and knew that assistance was on hand immediately. I told the assistant what I was looking for and they were able to point me in the right direction. Whilst being helpful, they were not pushy. I felt relaxed and able to ask questions. He was knowledgeable about all the products.

Trying to shop with 2 young children is quite difficult. However Greg was superb and put the Wizard of Oz on one of the demo bed TV's and my kids sat beautifully whilst we talked. It gave me chance to concentrate and ask the questions I needed answers to. He made the experience fun for the kids and less stressful for me.
