Greg was excellent, very knowledgeable and didn't make us feel like he was selling a product to us, more helping us with our choice. The website advertises you have a Tempur Pod at Rugby, which wasn't there, initially a disappointment, but once Greg showed us everything, it didn't matter it wasn't there.

Greg met me almost immediately on arriving - we are doing Holiday homes and needed to do the whole house as well as future ones. There are difficult spaces and he was very logical, helpful and knowledgeable with plenty of sensible solutions and options. On a follow up visit we also found the rest of the team helpful

Good choice of mattresses to choose from and try out. good selections on colours/options for the divan bases. Any questions we asked Aaron were answered confidently, and he was very knowledgeable of the products.

I have bought beds and mattresses from Dreams previously so was aware of the high standards of your products and staff. My daughter and I were extremely impressed by the service we received. We were looked after by Aaron the Assistant Manager who was absolutely superb! He certainly knew his products and a new mattress was quickly chosen. The other staff were very courteous and considerate, and friendly too. Aaron sat us down and made us both a cup of tea and a cake whilst we were doing the paperwork. The staff and products, and everything about our visit and purchase were fantastic. I will be recommending Dreams to everyone I know.

Staff were very helpful & range of products was good. All our queries were answered - staff obviously were well versed re the goods they sell.

the man who sold me the bed was very polite and helped me with everything i needed and made me feel as if i was just sat around with one of my friends very easy to talk too

The colleague who helped me was so helpful that it really made my whole experience so much easier. She was patient and seemed to really care about what I needed and really wanted to assist me. I have visited other Dreams stores in the past and she was certainly the most helpful. Her name was "Suzi" and she really made me feel like I was the most important person in the shop, which as a customer really makes a difference.

The staff were prompt to ask if assistance was required but not pushy. Very friendly manner. Another member of staff remembered me from a previous purchase & was chatty and friendly too. The bed I purchased was in the sale and a very reasonable price for the quality of the product. The colleague took time to establish my preferences for delivery and clearly explained the system.

Good value and good service

John the store manager was very friendly, but not overbearing or pushy, he was very knowledgeable and we felt that he answered any questions we had in an honest and straightforward manner. The advice we were given was practical and genuine. The whole process was very straigtforward and we left the store feeling looked after and happy with our purchase
