We were welcomed and the assistant was keen to help us with our specific needs. Our children were also welcomed. The assistant knew the different mattresses and was able to tell us which ones would possibly suit our needs more than other, although we tried a few to be sure.

We came looking and found what we wanted. The service we received from our sales assistant was exemplary. We couldn't really have asked for more. We like that you offer an old bed disposal scheme too, and that a bag is provided for the old mattress.

The young man was very helpful, but not pushy. Explained what was available and left us to browse. Once I had made up my mind what bed to go for, the process was very quick
