Being able to lay on the beds to select the preferred mattress firmness was a real bonus. We tested many different beds and mattresses before making our choice. The sales assistant was very helpful when it came down to a choice of two. We did not feel rushed at any stage of our time in the store.

Have lots of options very patient as I kept changing my mind

We were served by an extremely polite, professional and helpful young man named Aaron. He assisted our needs and spent a great deal of time with us going over the different beds available and letting us try different size mattresses. We were also served coffee and the other two staff were extremely friendly to us and our 3 year old daughter who had a great time (she wasn't told off for trying out the beds as she had been at a different store). In the end we left feeling happy with our purchase (our biggest purchase after our house) and we're very excited to sleep in our new house, with our new bed!

Our sales advisor Suzi was very attentive to our requirements and answered all questions we had about our purchase. She also helped to keep our small daughter busy with drawing while we've examined the showroom. Great shopping experience!
