Store was clean and bright with a warm welcome . The store manager gave time and excellent service and even stayed open past closing time to assist me with my purchase .

As a disabled customer Greg was patient, allowed me to take my time and visit on a number of occasions to discuss my requirements.

On arrival we were given time to look by ourselves before we had assistance with our specific needs which we thought was good because we didn't feel pressured. The assistant was very knowledgeable in the products and made us feel relaxed in making our decision.

We were welcomed when we entered and Suzi gave a brief outline of the products. She then left us to our own devices to look at the different products, which is what we wanted. I do not like to be badgered while looking. Suzi was very helpful when we had question and overall a pleasant experience as we found what we wanted

The customer service representative was very helpful, the order was place quickly an some extra items were thrown in free.

I looked around without being constantly hounded which is definitely a plus! the customer service rep greeted me and was there when I needed help, he looked on the system to find all the ottoman small double beds they had in store and was very friendly and approachable. I tried out the mattresses and he offered some advice/gave me a little info on each. He had already checked a delivery date for the bed I had been interested in so I knew when it would likely be delivered. I was offered up sells such as pillows and duvet which I took and the 8 year warranty which I also took when he went over it with me. The finance took a while to go through so I came back about a half hour later to complete my transaction. Very satisfied and can't wait for my bed to arrive!

We walked in and everything was colour coded which made it easier to make decisions. We were asked if we needed help but declined it and then we chose the mattress paid for it and all was done.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Gave us lots of different options to make sure we got value for money. Enjoyed the experience in store. Child friendly.
