Considering Aaron was on his own and had to deal with multiple customers, I did not feel ignored or neglected. In fact, being left to think about my prospective purchase without pressure enabled me to try various beds for an extended period of time, which ultimately led to me spending twice as much but happy knowing it was the right decision. Aaron was able to see an opportunity to deal with another customer without me feeling that I wasn't important. Regularly checking to see if I was okay. During my purchase, all options were explained to me and after my purchase, felt I had had a good (if expensive) deal. Keep up the good work Aaron, you deserve to go far. Thank you. Andy.

He was very knowledgeable and listened to my requirements closely therefore providing a fantastic purchase experience. He advised me on suitable products and I found his recommendations to be perfect for my needs. An excellent sales assistant and incredible customer service.
