We initially went to one of your competitors and were disappointed with the service and product. On recommendation from friends we went to Dreams. The service that we received from Greg was excellent. Your range and quality of beds is excellent. We wanted an adjustable one and Dreams provided us with quality and flexibility not just on the bed but also the mattress. For something that you spend one third of your life in, it's important to get it right. Many people spend more money and less time in their car!

I visited today to buy a mattress for my daughter. We had been to Dreams several weeks before and had tried some out and she wanted to be sure before purchasing today. We looked around and tried some out and it was after trying some out and we had a better idea of what we wanted that we intimated to the staff member that we would like some assistance. He was so friendly, excellent product knowledge and very importantly, not pushy at all. He helped us enormously and helped us make our choice. I was happy to buy from him, I felt very well informed.
