The store assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy in any way.

We were assisted by Greg in the Rugby store, he was extremely helpful, understood what we were looking for and we left feeling we had purchased quality items at a reasonable price - he explained the delivery/assembly options and we would certainly speak directly with Greg in future as and when we expand on our bedroom furniture range.

Advisor was knowledgable about the products and showed us relevant products to help us make up our minds.

First time buying a mattress. Excellent customer service and great knowledge. I was talked through all the different varieties of mattresses you offer and made a easy choice on one that is right for me. Thanks to your team, I have learnt a lot about mattresses!

The 2 people who helped were friendly and knowledagable. They also gave me some spare parts whch you didn;t sell, but which they happened to have a couple of in the store

Easy shopping experience, found what we wanted, sales guy talked to us about the slat options, he also lent us a measuring tape so we could take a look without feeling pressured. Then whilst we were paying and arranging delivery, he was chatting casually, and made the process very simple.

although we did know what we wanted before entering the store, we found the product immediately. The assistant processed the sale efficiently and was very friendly and helpful.

Greg in the Rugby branch was a superb salesman who clearly took my wife and myself through the options available Good clear demonstration who pros and cons of different beds helping us come to a decision about the ideal bed Overall a great buying experience

On purchasing 2items in the last 3 weeks from dreams and have been served by 2different assistants both were very pleasant and helpful and I didn't feel pressurised in any way I would thoroughly recommend the company and staff to friends , I have received one item and am very pleased with my purchase and look forward to the second item to arrive.
