We were assisted by the store manager John and found him to be friendly and informative. Also unlike some furniture stores we were not pounced on by sales people when we entered the store and thus felt comfortable to browse the store before speaking to John and making our purchase.

Very pleasant experience. Greg was very attentive, but not over the top.

Although i initially came in to the store searching for a quick and simple solution to replace a mattress, the store representative (Greg) kindly showed us all options and prices, and then talked us through the payment options if we were to spend more. He showed us the benefits of thinking about the long term purchase of a good quality bed over a quick temporary solution. Without greg i would have likely of spent £350 on an average quality matress, instead of £1800 on a base with Tv and better mattress which will last us for at least 8-10 years Cheers

Everyone was nice and helpfull and patient as it took me some time to decide which to purchase, I could not have asked for better Anil who took my order was very knowledgable and helpfull and I am sure I will be completely satisfied with my purchase.

Assistant was very helpful. He helped carry our double pushchair upstairs as there was no lift. On top of this he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on offer.

Your member of staff came straight over to talk to us and advised us which mattresses were in our price range.
