We were both looked after from the moment we walked through the door.

Was greeted by Michelle and was happy with her knowledge and suggestions for my products the sale was completed by Greg as they were busy 2 lovely happy people a pleasure to be served

Staff were polite and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble.

Assistant was very helpful friendly and efficient .

Gregory, who saw to our needs was brilliant. We took the bed test - never experienced that before but it was amazing. Every mattress he took us to seemed to work for us in one way or another without having to try everything. My wife has not slept well for years and is now positive about the future sleep wise. The whole experience was enlightening and now explains our quality of sleep over the years. All that’s left to say is a big thank you. I am hopeful that this step towards improving our sleep will be life changing.

I went in to the Rugby store with the intention of checking a particular mattress I had chosen online, however after receiving very useful advice from Michelle I selected a different product which was more suited to our needs and also cheaper, so I ordered in store and also received free pillows with my order.

Staff were very nice,They could easily understand my needs, store was very clean.
