The gentleman was very friendly and helpful when choosing a new bed.

the level of customer service was just right,staff were helpful and answered all our questions without being" too pushy"and we were comfortable with our purchase.

I visited the store on my own and found the young man who served me very helpful. He showed me various beds and told me about the materials and colours available. I really liked a particular bed but informed the sales assistant that I wanted my husband to see it. I returned with my husband a few days later and was served by another gentlemen who also was very helpful. We purchased the bed and it will be delivered in about a weeks time, which we requested as we are decorating!
