We were served by Craig who allowed us to spend as much time considering and trying out the beds we were after with out any pressure

Emma was extremely helpful with what we wanted and took us straight to the mattress that we ended up purchasing plus with her advise we also bought 2x temper pillows. She also was friendly and gave us a very good service.

I went there twice and made the decision for this expensive mattress, John was there all the time to explain the product and left us a good time to look around by our own, no rush , no trouble. It was a very pleasent buy , haven't received the product yet, but I am sure it will be 100% satisfied just like the services!

We were assisted by a highly personable, knowledgeable Sales Person. He approached us a minute or so after we entered the store and directed us towards the range that we would be interested in based upon our needs. He gave us time to browse before approaching us again and was very good in suggesting related products such as linen and mattress protector. he offered us a cup of tea also. The order placing process was very good and the delivery date was swifter than we had anticipated. We were very impressed.

My wife and I entered the store with our 1 year old daughter, we were on the look out for a new mattress as ours was old, uncomfortable and causing back aches and pains. We were politely approached by Craig and he was very attentive to our needs whilst also engaging our daughter which put us all at easy and just generally made it a pleasurable experience. After we narrowed it down to either a flaxby or therapur mattress based on comfort alone, Craig went on to explain the benefits of the gel topper on the therapur and how it would help keep me cooler as I had mentioned I am always warm in bed. Even though it was the more expensive mattress of the two we left the store happy with the informed purchase we had just made, and the best thing was our amazing new mattress will be with us in just 4 days. 10/10 service 👍

The quality and choice available was exemplary. The sales person Greg was very knowledgeable concerning the items purchased had a very pleasant personality and made us feel that our custom was important and valued.

Fantastic staff that took the time to help us and even engage our 1 year old daughter. Professional but could have a laugh with us. Very happy with the customer service from the rugby branch!
