We arrived at the store and browsed around the store with ease, looking at the beds. The store assistant called Greg approached us and asked if he could help. We could not find the bed we saw on line. Greg was extremely helpful, without being pushy, he found the bed in the brochure, explained all about it. We could not make our mind up between two beds, Greg was very patient and guided us in the right direction, helping us to make the right decision for our needs. Our next decision was which mattress to choose. Greg fully explained each mattress on show, allowing us to try each mattress including the correct pillow to suit our preference. We then purchased a bed including a mattress, Greg even found our correct postcode to our new address, booked the delivery date, and explained all about the terms and conditions. We will definitely use Dreams again.

we were not hasled help was readily available and guidence to the colour code system for hard to soft beds explained as was the interchangabilty of the bases.

It is not often you expect to change your bed and this fact can make the thought a little daunting especially in our case where we are changing from a Water Bed to a traditional bed after 20 plus years. We were not pressurized and we had the time to consider what we really wanted. Once we decided your Staff (Greg) was extremely helpful and gave us all the advise we needed concerning delivery and other details concerning our purchase. The whole process was quite stress free really.
