Have not bought a new bed for many years (I`m an op) the lady in the store brought me up to date with the latest information on beds, she was most helpful with size/base/headboard and casters to make it possible for me to move the bed for cleaning. What more could you ask for, a very good service.

Very helpfull staff they made me a cup of tea which was great while I decided on the type of matteress I needed. Plenty of types to try untill I was sure to get the right one for my bad back.

manager was really helpfull and not pushy. Also very knowledgable ,gave us all the time we needed plus a cup of tea and coffee

I have used dreams rugby in the past and know it to be an excellent store.

John was fantastic! A great salesman. He didn't pressure us, he let us look around the store and was even helpful in providing accurate details of a competitor. We visited the competitor and returned to John, and completed the sale because we were so impressed with him.

The assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. There was a good range of mattresses to try and the cross sectional examples were helpful to understand how the mattresses work.

We had ideas as to what we wanted and were shown several mattresses that could meet our needs. The Manager then explained the differences and made some very helpful suggestions. After testing beds and pillows it was easy for us to decide on the mattress and pillows we wanted.

Friendly, attentive & knowledgeable staff. Happy to help with the day's purchase and also answer questions re a future purchase I'm planning even though I was clear I would not be purchasing second item at the time. It showed they were interested in me as a customer and not just about commission today. I will likely be back in a few weeks to make a more significant purchase.

Courteous and friendly service. I shopped at Dreams Rugby in December 2015 and was highly satisfied with the service I received then with ordering my mattress and bedroom suite which is why I returned to place the order for the rest of my bedroom suite - the chest of drawers.
