The customer service provider was excellent. We were left to browse for an appropriate time and when we needed advice, it was prompt and extremely helpful. On entering the premises I approached the lady assistant I now know to be Emma and advised her of my needs ( a Firm mattress) she then spent at least half an hour explaining the different mattresses and making sure myself and my wife "tested each one". On choosing a mattress the paper work was simple and I was surprised to get a delivery date for this coming Friday, 5 days after walking into your Store. ... Thank you Emma we will see you in July when we will be requiring bedroom furniture for our new bungalow.
