Visited the Rugby store and spoke to the Manager and explained that we were looking for a replacement bed for our 11 year old son. He currently has a cabin bed (bought from Dreams 5 or 6 years ago) that he has outgrown. The Manager showed us some suitable beds and could not have been more helpful. As our son was away on a school trip at the time of our visit we returned a couple of days later and made our purchase.
