Emma (rugby store) made the whole experience run with ease abd her knowledge about the bed and mattresses was amazing!

Staff (Emma) very helpful and spent a lot of time with us. However we do feel that charging a customer for delivery AND taking away of our old bed is a bit rich. One or the other but not both which did amount to almost a further £80.00.

I intended to buy a mattress with springs, I'd never even heard of a foam mattress; with the guidance and new information from Dave and John at the rugby store I decided on a foam mattress. I wasn't sure I had made the right descion when I saw the mattress all bound together in its plastic but when I got home and opened it, unraveled the mattress and watched it grow to its new size I realised they had definately sold me the better type mattress! I went on their recommendations completely and I'm absolutely over the moon I trusted their expertise!!!!

Emma at your rugby branch was vet knowledgeable and helpful. She was a pleasure to deal with, no hard selling. Very pleasant throughout our visit to the store.

Our assistant,Dave,give us good attention in our 3 visits to choose our bed and mattress.We have a child with extra needs and both Dave and his manager were patient and tolerant (Rugby store),for which l thank them.We were shown beds in the sale,within our budget,treated well,offered a coffee.then shown mattress within budget.we were never rushed to a decision or place an order.will be needing another bed shortly,so will definitely be going back to the Rugby store again.

The assistant was very friendly, good humoured and helpful, with no pressure to buy. We were quite happy with the products with lots to choose from, and bought a bed we hadn't actually gone in for.

I was looking for a specific type of frame and John gave great advice and found the exact match for my requirement, along with the mattress which suited my needs. He made sure that everything was considered right down to delivery dates and how I get the right delivery base on me moving house and the bed will be erected for me.

The customer service was excellent and we were not made to feel pressured in to any purchases

The day that I made my purchase was the hottest day of the year. The staff offered me lots of cold drinks. Greg the store assistant was extremely patient, his product knowledge was very good when I bombarded him with lots of questions. He answered my questions and made suggestions, but never hovered over me for a decision. I was allowed to wonder at my leisure and take my time. I was in the store for about 3 hours. All the staff interacted with me. It was a pleasant visit considering it was so hot.
