Emma, the Sales Assistant, explained clearly regarding beds, mattresses etc and was extremely knowedgeable about the products and was able to assist in what we needed. She was extremely friendly and personable and made us feel at ease.

The Manager was polite ,informative and knowledgeable as well as patient with the time spent with us.

Store representative Greg was very helpful and friendly. We were unsure whether to buy or not and Greg was good at discussing the product and options available on it. he was patient and stayed with us even though he had finished his shift. Excellent customer service and that is what persuade us to go ahead and purchase.

Very friendly, helpful salesman, didn't feel rushed or pressured. Answered all questions asked, no problems at all.

The assistant understood why we were replacing the headboard and gave satisfactory suggestions. The bed to which we are needing it for was also purchased from the Rugby store about 12 months or so ago and we have been very satisfied with that product.

Emma displayed a lovely balance of friendliness and professionalism. We did not feel hurried or pressured - something we find very important when making a large purchase. My husband is in a wheelchair and she made him feel involved in the whole process and even made him a lovely cup of coffee. Emma wasn't in when I came in today to pay my deposit, but the rest of the team were equally helpful and friendly.

Our present Dreams mattress was about 10 years old and we knew we needed to get a new one. But which one ???? Your salesman Greg spent time going through each type and construction with us. We went to from bed to bed and back again. There was never any real pushing ( just good selling) we then narrowed it down to the Tempur Cloud Delux and gave him the deposit to go ahead. Delivery men would take away our old mattress. After a deal closing cup of coffee we left the store happy
