Emma was one of the best shop assistants that I have ever had to deal with, nothing was too much trouble without being pushy. We had coffee and tea and were left to make our own mind up without being hassled. The shop was nice and clean and well set out, we would definitely go there again and recommend it to friends and family

Loads of help, staff not pushy. We didn't feel hassled we had a very nice lady called Emma helping us to find what we wanted

The assistant was very professional and did a very good job. She got us a discount and made everything very clear. We are looking forward to the delivery on 8th September.

went to the store the sales person explained everything needed and answered all of our questions and they did not push into any decision, which I felt was extremely professional. overall an excellent customer service

Emma was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much problem for her and she explained everything to us. We went away after our first visit and returned the following day. Emma again took time to talk to us (even making us a tea and a coffee) and also answered our further questions. A faultless level of service.

David, in the rugby store was efficient and friendly and a good help to us. The bed we bought was for our spare room.
