Highly satisfied with the level of understanding from staff of our requirements and met our needs.

Emma Mcloed was very friendly and spent as much time as we liked in making our choice, guiding us to the product that we believe to be the best for our son. This was by no means the cheapest option - we intended to spend more like £500 and left having spent £917. I am an ex retail manager and I am well aware of the need for assistants to "sell up". Emma did this perfectly and without pressure, thus relieving us of our cash. Brilliant for us, brilliant for the company.

found a mattress to suit my requirements very quickly, helpful staff and no pressure applied to buy. Staff member agreed to look for best deal possible and as a result i bought the product without visiting other rival shops.

I really liked the member of staff who served us. He didn't rush anything, he took the time to explain everything we needed to know, he was friendly and had a warm personality. He was down to earth as he said his and his wife had purchased their furniture at dreams this helped built trust. He made us feel comfortable.

i WAS INITIALLY ALLOWED TO BROWSE WITHOUT BEING HARASSED. WHEN I NEEDED ASSISTANCE I APPROACHED EMMA AND TOLD HER WHAT I WAS AFTER. SHE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCES IN CONSTRUCTION/COMFORT/PRICE/ETC. SHE LEFT ME TO CONSIDER MY OPTIONS. WHEN I WAS READY TO ORDER, EMMA PROCESSED IT FOR ME VERY EFFICIENTLY. JUST HOPE DELIVERY IS AS EFFICIENT.

Well informed by friendly staff

Not having been in shop before , was actually expecting a cheaper quality stock,, but was pleased to find well known brands and different price points but all of a very high quality. Also easy to find what we wanted as colour coded. Only went to look before going to somewhere else to purchase. Eg John Lewus or MS. But found what we required in Dreams with excellent salesmans knowledge.
