The assistant Emma was excellent - her knowledge was top class and she went to a deal of trouble to understand our needs and make recommendations. She spent the time we needed with us but was never pushy. In addition to helping us with this purchase, she also assisted us in choosing a mattress to replace a faulty one that Dreams replaced under guarantee. We had not been happy with the original anyway and were nervous about "getting it wrong" again. With her help we chose a mattress which has proved to be absolute perfection for us and we are very grateful for the time and help she gave us in making the choice.

Excellent service, refreshments offered as soon as it was seen we were looking with intent to buy. no hard over the top sell techniques. all questions answered with good product knowledge. had been to a competitor first but was not impressed at all. was refreshing to visit a shop with such honesty and good service. The name of the salesman was Greg. He was very patient and took the time to listen to all my husbands ailments, and general conversations, it makes a difference feeling staff are listening to you and taking you seriously. would recommend the Rugby store to others.

Assistants product knowledge was great, he listened to what we said to him, very helpful and made good recommendations. Actually preferred a product in another store but had no confidence that what we were told was correct so decided to go with close second choice at Dreams as positive that information given re choice for back comfort was accurate

My wife and I went into the store not knowing 100% what we wanted. The Assitant Manager at the Rugby Store, Greg. was very Helpful, providing us with a hige amoint of detail aboit the products making it easy for us to find our dream bed. he went above and beyond what was expected.
