Greg Walters was really helpful. It was great not to have just a high end mattress pushed onto me for the sake of a sale he listened to what I needed and made the perfect recommendation. I would definitely go back to the rugby shop any further mattresses.

Very helpful young man who took the time to show me the different types of mattress, very polite and kind to an older customer, I am 86 years old. Very pleased with the service and look forward to getting my new mattress.

We were greeted with smiles and when we had looked round then Greg asked if we needed help. He was very knowledge but not pushy. We were offered a drink which we accepted! We tried several different mattresses before we made our decision. Greg explained that once we signed up no changes could be made. I was very impressed with the attention we received so keep up the good work!

The assistant was extremely helpful,pointing out the various types available for us, and explaining the differences making it easier for us to make a choice , a great help on the day.

Greg was the Employee, he left us to look around and then came over to introduce himself. He then ask what we were looking for. He then explained all the types of mattresses. No hard sell what so ever. We went away and came back to place an order because we felt we were being told the truth about the product and didn't feel pressured into buying. Great employee.

The service was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and we're able to help us effortlessly to find the perfect bed for us. Thank you to Greg who served us.
