I was absolutely pleased with the assistance which I got in the shop. The Lady - Emma gave me lots of advise, I was able to try the mattress which she suggested to me after she had recognized my needs. I felt well looked after but also Emma gave me freedom and time to choose the best mattress by myself. She was very keen to help and offered additional solutions for my comfort during the sleep for eh. a pillow. Emma was kind, friendly and informative.

Sales personel John on first visit and Dave and John on second visit were interested, knowledgeable and helpful but not at all pushy. Liked the products they were selling and seemed pleased to be working in the store. John gave me brochures of the matresses I preferred with the items circled so I could take them away and show my husband. Very useful.

Visited the store twice to purchase a new bed, looking to invest in a tempur mattress, both Greg and John who assisted us were knowledgeable and helpful.

The sales assistant Gregory was very helpful and helped us with our choice, he and his colleague gave us great freandly servace throuout our visit

We found our whole experience extremely satisfifactory from the moment we walked in the door, the friendliness of the sales person who was willing to help but not pushy.

The member of staff was so helpful and gave great product information , also advised the best options for me. I also got a cup of tea while I went through all the buying options
