We had a lady who told us answers to all our questions and was very polite and we were very pleased with the delivery time given.

we were served by emma at the rugby branch, she was very knoledgable and proffesional and had a good attitude and convincing sales approach,we were made comfortable and with 10% discount we were able to afford the mattress of our choice, we will if the oppertunity arrises use dreams again

I have had a bad experience with dreams oldbury before concerning a mattress I always said I wouldn’t return , on visiting dreams rugby the experience was different and gave me confidence into buying another

The process when completing the order was also very timely and without any issues. Overall was a successful and enjoyable experience and all credit goes to Michelle.

The assistants, Matt and colleague were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It was a joy to buy a bed from Matt. The last time I visited the Rugby store, several years ago, when I walked in a female assistant was lying on one of the beds and didnt bother to get off as I walked around the store!! I walked straight out again!! None of that this time. Matt and colleagues were extremely professional.
