The colleague who advised my husband and I on which bed and mattress to get was extremely helpful. He was personable , knowledgable and didn't go for the hard sell which is off putting. This was at your Rugby store and his name was Greg.

Emma was very friendly and very helpful new her job and was able to answer all our questions felt we were getting the best bed for us and our budget all the other staff in the store were also very helpful and friendly it was a very good experience we even got a cup of tea which was great as I had just finished work thank you

Previously, in January 2016, Emma has been helpful beyond the normal call of duty by personally delivering a mattress after hours to help us in an emergency brought about by a sudden critical illness. Resulting from her help in January, we obviously made Dreams our first choice when now looking for a replacement bed.

The sales person was amazing in her knowledge of both beds and mattresses, also offered a cup of tea, lovely on such a cold day. I would use this shop again without hesitation.

Assistant was friendly and understood my requirements. I was able to view the product I chose before purchase.

Great selection of mattress and beds, the sales person Greg at the Rugby store was very helpful and polite and the manager even made us a cup of tea, We purchased our last mattress from dreams and it has been a very good product, that's why we came back.

We were served by a friendly, courteous and patient staff member (Greg) who was concerned that our particular needs were met and who didn't mind (or, at least, didn't appear to mind) us wittering on for a while.
