I was served by Emma she was friendly, polite and knowledgeable Emma even made me a cup of coffee. I was very impressed by the service I received.

Helpful and pleasant staff. Found just what we were looking straight away.

Good range to choose from, plenty on display to try before you buy. Emma was very helpful and understood exactly what we needed. We also purchased the care plan due to a Emma explaining how it would benefit us with a young child.

John was very helpful and his knowledge was very helpful as it has been a very long time since we have bought a mattress! We were only going to look as we had previously looked in Bensons which is just around the corner.

John was very knowledgeable and after understanding my requirements gave relevant advice, and then allowed me time to look and try the various options, without any pressure - which was very refreshing. When I had narrowed my choices to the final 2 options he again provided relevant advice to help me make up my mind. In all an enjoyable visit to your store (073) - which I hadnt been expecting.

David the young man who was dealing with us was very helpful without being pushy nothing worse than a pushy salesman , he was helpful but not intrusive

The assistant took time to explian about the ptoduct on my brousing visit, I was honest in that I was not buying on the day. It meant that when I was ready to purchase a month later I understood the product and was happy to buy.

you are better than bensons all there after is your money, not your like your staff who looked after our needs and the right product for us they were friendly ,polite,very helpfull i would have no problem recommending you to my friends and family .the delivery arrived on time with politeness cannot fault anything about dreams i will be coming to you again when i need a new bed well done everyone keep up good work

my husband and I were left to browse we were not immediately pounced upon as we came through the door, on being approached we were met with a friendly smile and talked through your products very helpful as we were requiring a bit of knowledge, we were sat down offered a coffee and the paperwork done, the whole experience was a pleasure.Hands were shaken and we were wished a happy new year and on our way.
