Emma the sales person was knowledgeable and not pushing me to buy something more expensive than I needed, she did upsell though as I walked out with some pillows I hadn't intended to buy :-)

Staff where very Pleasant and understanding in what we where after happy to obliged in all the questions that we asked we where in your store for nearly two hours and left very happy

I visited the store on my own the day before to do some research. I was impressed by your colleague Greg (validation code 073). He took time to explain the various options and product differentiators as well as covering delivery times and payment options. His nice manner encouraged me to return...........which I did the following day with my wife. My wife liked the products and we chose a Sealey Posturepeadic bed and also purchased some bed linen.

I love the staff at the Rugby branch , very friendly and helpful and they explain every thing well and as i am disabled they allow for that to.I always tell people about the store and about the service they give.

Friendly and helpful store colleagues. Answered questions thoroughly and made us feel welcome. Didn't feel pressured to make a purchase but felt we got all the advise needed to enable us to find the Items we wanted

We were welcomed into the Rugby showroom by Tommy who offered us a cup of coffee and introduced us to Emma who showed us which mattresses would be suited to our needs; she then left us to make our own decision before rejoining us to explain the benefits of each mattress. She explained the 40 day trial period and sold us a deluxe pillow and mattress protector. We agreed a delivery date for the following week. We paid and departed happy.

The level of customer service I received from Greg & Dave at the Rugby store was amazing! I'm finally flying the nest and moving out into my first home and I wanted to find the perfect bed and mattress for myself. But being as indecisive as I am, I spent quite a long length of time instore debating which mattress and bed frame would suit me best. Regardless of my continuous (and no doubt slightly annoying) change in decision, the guys remained extremely patient and friendly towards me which made me feel completely at ease. After all their efforts to help, I was finally able to make up my mind and purchase the perfect new bed! Thanks guys!

We were very pleased with way we were treated by Emma & Gregg & the helpfulness and not forgetting Tommy who made a lovely cup of coffie & we will cernainly return for our next bed thank you all R Jones
