Friendly staff with good product knowledge. Not too pushy but ready to help. Product types easy to understand.

Friendly greeting by colleague who gave us his undivided attention, with another providing coffee. We had researched what we wanted and he was able to show us and allow us to try these and possible alternatives, pleasantly and without pressure.

Plenty of explanation as to the variety of mattresses on offer. Colleague had plenty of time for us but wasnt pushy.

Gregory was especially helpful and friendly. He engaged well with both myself and my teenage daughter and listened to our requirements and recommended products to us.

The salesperson (Chris) was fantastic and took time to understand our needs and offered suggestions without being pushy at all

Offered lots of advice and explanation. Manager also very helpful and friendly. Very fast order placed and delivery in a week. Clear explanations. Very clean store.

I was looking for a mattress and Greg explained about the colour coded system in the store, he encouraged me to try mattresses and was very friendly and patient. He even got on the bed with me when I asked him to, so I could see how the mattress faired with two people on it. Greg has a great sense of humour and we had a good laugh about the above. I felt valued by Greg and not at all pressurised. It's not often that I find a an excellent store assistant such as Greg. I can honestly say Greg made my shopping experience very enjoyable, safe and easy going.
