Sales assistant gave excellent service, no pressure but was very helpful in a non intrusive way. Good communication re delivery times etc..

I liked how he found what kind off mattress I was looking for first then how patient he was with me as I couldn't make up my mind which one also made us a coffee and made us feel at home

We bought a bed here last year and the service was good, so we returned to buy a bed for the spare room.

We visited the store on 2 days with a different assistant on the second day. Both assistants spent as much time we wanted to discuss the products available and help in making the selection. They appeared to be knowledgeable about the products and the various benefits.

Polite staff and good knowledge of product without being over bearing.

We were served by Greg. He was very helpful but not pushy in the slightest. We had a problem with the transaction which was sorted eventually. During the wait for this to go through we realised the store should of closed at 6, we didn't leave till just after 7. Not once did he say anything or hint that he should be finished work. Very professional and an asset to your company.
