Emma, our sales assistant, really knew her beds and mattresses! I'm not sure how long we were in the store for but it was made to be a really pleasant experience (the tea probably helped). All the different mattress types were explained (in plain English) and it was always made clear which ones would suit different budgets too. When we were trying out the beds, we were given time to appreciate the different feels and compare them with similar options.

Because although desired option was unavailable a good range of suitable alternatives was provided .

Dave was a fantastic help from start to finish, especially with our two small kids, he gave them colouring during the "boring" computer bit (placing the order) and was just all round fantastic. Can't thank him enough for his help!!

Emma from the Rugby store was approachable and knowledgeable. She helped me find a mattress within my budget quickly and in a helpful manner.

Very knowledgeable member of staff called emma, told us best approach to choose a materess, what to look at, the differences between the make up of them etc, offered us a drink.

We were ignorant of the key facts having not purchased a mattress for some time. The sales assistant Greg offered held and assistance without being pushy. He appeared knowledgeable about the products and was able to pre-empt or otherwise answernour questions.

Greg was extremely helpful and pleasant. He went out of his way to be of assistance, good selection of beds etc, very pleasant and painless experience
