The sales assistant came straight over to ascertain our needs. He was most helpful, polite and solicitous throughout our visit. He was very knowledgeable about the products we discussed and very pleasant to do business with. I felt he was extremely helpful without pressurising. By far the best way - nothing worse than the salesman trying to force a sale in my view, so his pleasant approach was what encouraged us to make the purchase. We only went in for a mattress and came out the proud owners of a brand new tv bed, two new tempur pillows and a new mattress!! Can't be bad!!

Initially, we were not intending to make a purchase, but the salesman took a lot of trouble to explain thet the mattresses we were considering had change significantly during the time we had used our existing one >15 years. He also took a lot of trouble to point out the various types and grades of mattress within the brand that we were considering and also the pillows. We also had a good explanation of the necessary aftercare for both items, and also the various finance schemes available

Everything went smoothly from entering the shop to leaving.

We visited the store on 2 occasions and both times John and Dave were very knowledgeable and friendly. They weren't pushy or overpowering responding to queries when necessary. Very helpful.

Staff were welcoming but not pushy, they allowed me the space to consider my purchasing decision without being overbearing. They demonstrated a good understanding of my particular needs and the products which would be suitable.
