Dreams - Rugby

I have always found the staff at the Rugby branch to be excellent, both in their advice and their friendliness. They are not too pushy but always ready to help when you need it. I have used this store over a number of years and it continues to be the first port of call when looking for beds and mattresses etc due to the service I have received.

Usually order items on line but called into the shop for a change. Lovely to have face to face contact with staff. They were extremely friendly and polite. Dealt with my request swiftly and without problem and no hard sale techniques.

I was extremely satisfied as most importantly for me I was welcomed to the store asked if I needed assistance with anything just to ask. This gave me the opportunity to look around at my leisure and then seek information to which I must say Emma was helpful knowledgeable and practical. Also John was very helpful and supported Emma

The range in choices of the mattresses stocked and the product knowledge of Dave the sales man. I only went in to enquire about mattresses and came out having spent £1400+ so his salesmanship is pretty good too.

I went to Dreams with an open mind in deciding what mattress I was looking. Following my visit to your Rugby shop I came away elated that I had purchased not only the right Tempur mattress for me but also a Tempur bed. Your staff were excellent in describing the benefits of the items I finally purchased without being 'pushy' which was perfect for me. Thank you and your staff, they should be commended.

I came to the store to try out the different mattresses which, a daunting prospect when first entering as there were a lot to choose from. With help from the assistant I was directed to the basic selection broken down to colour codes and went from there. I was encouraged to take my time trying out the mattresses which was important for me because this was why I came. The assistant was on hand friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable on the product. Not only did I find what I think is a perfect mattress but I found a great bargain. Last but not least Dreams give you 40 days to return if not happy and flexible delivery dates. Happy customer!!!
