The staff were extremely efficient, polite and understanding of my requirements. they explained the process of the computer measuring process, and there was no pressure selling during the sale. i had a full explanation of all products from comfort ,quality and prices through out the ranges on offer and my queries were answered promptly

We were assured by Emma at Rugby. She was insanely delightful, kind and respectful. She did not look us up and down like most do when they a young couple enter the store. She gave us the time of day to discuss our needs and knew how to exactly pin point our needs with the ‘space bed’ (the thing that measures you). She guided us through all options and revenues and did not to price gouge us and was clearly very customer obsessed. She was the perfect representative for dreams

Friendly greeting at entrance , attention paid to my requirements and offered a range of products for me to try. Knowledgeable assistant Michelle who explained the products and encouraged me to take my time in making a decision. Full explanations given in relation to extended warranty and delivery date.

Emma approached us whilst looking at various beds, we were unsure which size bed to choose from due to constraints with bedroom sizes. Emma was so helpful, gave us all the measurements, what style of bed, mattress etc would fit best, best use of storage, just extremely helpful. Would highly recommend everyone to this store.
