David who served me in the Rugby Branch was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and attentive. He explained everything fully and made the shopping experience a pleasant one. We were able to purchase a mattress that we wanted at a competitive price, and received the mattress when expected, having been informed of the time by text. The delivery was made by competent staff who placed the mattress where we wanted it with no difficulties. They also removed their shoes which was respectful. Having used Bensons for Beds previously and received shocking service I was very pleased with Dreams and will certainly shop with you again.

Emma at the Rugby store was so pleasant and very knowledgeable about all products. She advised us and then left so we could make our minds up . No hassle to purchase which was very welcome, as it is so often the case to follow customer around pushing to buy.

Emma could not have been more helpful. She started by showing and describing the structure of all of the options available and then discussing my wife and my specific needs. We then had the opportunity to try out, at leisure, the alternatives available. At no time did we feel pressured with regard to time and there was no attempt to steer us to any particular product. We believe that with Emma's assistance we have made the correct choice to suit our needs. The outstanding level of customer service provided by dreams is the highest we have experienced for a very long time.

Greig in rugby store is a credit to Dreams he found me a mattress I needed and arrange for me to collect from Peterboro store (I was on business nearby the next day ) Arron and Colin were also first class Overall experience was excellent with genuine people
