We were assisted by Greg, but we found that not only Greg but all the staff seemed friendly and helpful. There was a really good atmosphere in the store

As we walked in a member of staff came straight to us asked if we needed help, we said what we were looking for. they showed us a range we picked one. With in fifteen minutes we had what we wanted and a coffee. And to make our day we could have it by today (three days) later. Thank you looking forward to a good nights sleep.

Visited your Rugby store to order a bed for 5 year old. We knew which item we were going to purchase as we had researched online. The assistant (possibly named Greg) although on his own was great. Helped us out as necessary, placed our order and generally showed an interest, which I find quite rare nowadays. Would definately use Dreams again if needed.

I was able to order the bed via credit.

We came in today to the Rugby Store looking for a new bed, the salesman Dave gave us a little time to look around and was more than happy to help us, offered us a cup of tea or coffee, he went through prices, payment plans, he was very knowledgable and helped us a great deal. We walked away with a new bed being delivered in a couple of weeks! How exciting!

Knowledge of staff and friendly helpful attitude, ease of order.

We were pleased with everything, from walking into the store to leaving after placing our order. Greg was most helpful, he didn't try to sell us something we didn't want, he didn't rush us at all, he took on board that we needed something specific to fit in with current furniture we had, He is an asset to your store. The team there were all very friendly and the tea was nice but gutted we didn't win an Easter egg!!

Staff gave us tome to have a look around then offered assistance. Product knowledge was very good and he listened to what we were saying and used that information to make suitable suggestions. The order process was as smooth as these things can be, once again the staff members knowledge and experience helped to keep the process as simple as could reasonably be expected.
