Emma who helped us make our purchase was friendly and welcoming . She also showed us options we had not considered previously which helped us to make a final decision. Emma is a real asset to the store. Her product knowledge was excellent and she was in no way pushy or overselling. Lovely experience.

John made the daunting task of choosing the right mattress a stress free experience. He suggested a number of mattresses, after listening to my requirements, all of the mattresses he recommended were very comfortable. He was very helpful and pleasant, giving me all the time I needed, and without pressure, to make my decision. I am happy with my choice, reassured by the comfort exchange guarantee.
