Efficient explanation of products on offer. Allowed to test mattresses ad infinitum. Clear explanations of purchasing procedure, guarantees, return of product etc. Paperwork relatively simple and speedy. Delivery as specified. Delivery staff very helpful and courteous.

Due to a sudden deterioration in mobility, the bed and matress purchased last December are too high for me to get in! I was looking for a thinner matress. Unfortunately, the only suitable one was over £1K, and having spent this amount in December, I balked at this. However, both Emma and Dave suggested a new, lower bed base as my husband and I love the matress we have. They went out of their way to measure bases and found one which will lower the total height to a height that will enable me to get in without a huge struggle. They could quite easily have sold me a new matress, but they realised that it would have been a struggle moneywise.

The product knowledge of the assistant and her helpfulness.

Emma was very attentive to our needs and took the time to explain the different mattresses in detail.she also helped us to select pillows and a duvet. We were impressed with the quality and overall feel of the Rapley in comparison with branded mattresses and felt we would not be able to tell the difference.

the sales assistant could not have been more helpful- but not in an overbearing way. His knowledge was excellent and he listened to what we said and what we wanted.

Emma was very helpful and spent a lot of time understanding what I wanted.

Having popped into just to see what was available to be walking out of the store making a purchase is a credit to your employee Emma that sold myself the mattress, having tried several in store I was amazed how everyone we tried got more and more comfortable, we currently have a memory foam mattress (Dormeo ) which we've had several years so with that in mind it was an obvious choice for us to make however the price was a lot more than I was expecting to pay but putting things into context you get what you pay for so we are both expecting a much more pleasurable nights sleep in the future, we were also supprised at the various related bed items that are available in store so looking forward to my delivery on the 26th June.

Sales assistant Emma was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our decision making process. She advised without pushing and we had a bit of a giggle and a chat with her colleague too which made the whole time in the store enjoyable. For us, a significant purchase was made and we were made to feel valued and at ease throughout the process. It was extremely hot in the store and at the end of their day, it would have been very easy for the staff to be ready to go home and not attentive, but that was very much not the case. Emma and her colleague are a credit to your Company!
