We were met by Emma whose knowledge of the range of products was superb, the help we received was first class and this is why we returned to this store having purchased a complete bed ther some 4 years ago and was impressed on that occasion. The whole experience was very friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble . Would have no problem recemmending this store to any body sure in the knowledge that they would receive the same high standard of service.

There was no pressure to buy but given good advice as to products and how these fit our requirements, knowledgeable and personable advisor, friendly attitude and good sense of humour (Greg)

Free parking right outside store walked in no hassle from salesman until we needed him then he was very helpful polite and with good humour and we bought a bed.

The staff member was polite and patient..he also had very good product knowledge. Also found both staff members very friendly and easy to talk to.

We started out not really knowing what we required regarding buying a new bed. The staff were very attentive and helpful and made sure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase, before completing the paperwork. Tea and coffee were provided to assist us in feeling 'at home'.

Before visiting Dreams we were unsure of the type of mattress that would be best for us but Emma was really helpful and not only explained but let us try all the different combinations before we made a decision. Both Emma and Greg were very helpful and made the experience of buying a new mattress much easier than we had anticipated and also a very pleasant one.

It was a pleasant experience - even if we had not bought anything it would have been worth doing. Interesting to learn about the different design types and sample them. Price promise [vs competitior price] was reassuring and actually worked for us
