We dealt with assistant manager Greg whose customer service was the best that we have experienced anywhere. Felt like we were dealing with a friend, not at all pushy. Great asset to your company.

Excellent customer service, went to purchase a topper and ended up purchasing a mattress instead, this was due to NO HARD SELL, the assistant just explained the difference in the benefit and the cost, if it was a hard sell then I would have just walked away. The assistant was very friendly and listened to me. Well Done
