Dreams - Rugby

The team were so helpful (Matt & Emma). We were given tea, made to feel really welcome and everything was unhurried and very friendly. We had a fantastic shopping experience with Dreams at the Rugby store. Well done!!!

Wrlcoming, friendly, helpfull and very oblidging.

Emma was highly efficient but the Rugby branch was completely understaffed. To expect one person to manage without any assistance or time for breaks seems very remiss. I would like a response to my comment.

The guys in the Rugby store were great. They gave us info when we needed it and gave us space when we needed to be left to look and choose. We got no hassle when we left to ponder and we're welcomed back and taken through the next stages of buying when we returned. And the manager made us a cuppa, nice touch!

I visited your Rugby store on 22/8/2017. It was a return visit as I bought a bed and mattress a few years ago. The bed and mattress have been fantastic but as I just recently lost my husband to cancer I decided to get a new mattress from your Rugby store. Emma the sales assistant was absolutly fantastic. Her product knowledge was extensive and she took the time and showed patience andconsideration in understanding my needs and helping me pick the right mattress. Nothing was too much trouble and I even got a lovely cup of tea. She made the whole experience very easy and a pleasure and I felt really good when I left the shop. Well done Emma and Dreams for haveing such brilliant staff.

Emma was very helpful, confident and knowledgeable. She understood what I was looking for and did her best to ensure that I was completely happy with the items being purchased and that they suited my needs.

Warm welcome, but not jumped on as soon as we entered the shop. The Lady who dealt with us was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Only 2 staff on , had to wait a long time to be seen, but were very happy with service given by Matthew

The Assistant Matt was extremely helpful if assisting me with the number of questions I asked and showing me the mattresses allied to my requirements, he was very pleasant, had a good knowledge of the mattress make up and history of the mattresses available in the store.

I knew what I wanted and made a special visit to Dreams in Rugby where I was met with the Kind of service I expected to receive from a branch of the Company. My thanks to Matt who Was so very helpful and I now look forward to delivery of my bed.
