The gentleman who served me when I went into the store Greg was very friendly, helpful and polite. He was very knowledgeable about his products all in all a very good experience.

The assistant in store was helpful and knowlegeable making shopping for our matress quick and easy.

Emma spent a a lot of time explaining the different options available but was never overbearing whilst we were looking around - she got the balance just right. Nice cup of tea too!

Staff where very helpful and welcoming, we had Greg from the rugby store who listed to our needs and what we where looking for, there was no rush he tuck his time to show use the different types of beds, and helped us from start to finish.

Excellent customer service and excellent knowledge of products to allow us to make the best choice.

We had the experience of the Manager to assist us through out visit to give a very good knowledge of the various offers available.
