Excellent assistants from Emma we were walked through all the options and allowed to try at our own pace. There was no pressure to buy and the bed we chose was exactly what we were after. Coffees was welcome as well.

The help provided was perfect, not too pushy but there to offer advice or assistance when required. Given the amount of money we were spending there was no pressure from the salesman to place the order unless we were 100% satisfied. Little suggestions like using the same pillow for all the mattresses so we could be sure the differences did not involve the pillows was very helpful. Overall very happy with all 3 colleagues that were on shift that day.

After looking on your web site, I visited your store and found exactly what I wanted, but only with a good deal of input from your adviser, who in turn explained the difference between the different styles of mattress and how to be able to identify them throughout the store, Having the knowledge I found it easy to find my bed but had questions answered throughout my visit..

Friendly service but not pushy when I came into the store waited to be asked to help. Good knowledge and took the time to see what I wanted and explore the options available to me.

The guy who worked at rugby dreams store named Greg was fantastic he helped us choose our bed by telling us a lot of information on the mattresses and what was good for me as I have a back problem so he pointed out which mattresses where great for my condition and also tried out the beds with the nice pillows for each bed was tried over all I thought our visit was a success and left by choosing a bed frame and mattress I shall be advising friends and family to the store for the right choice of bed x

Emma our sales assistant was incredible- warm, friendly and knowledgable about all of the products in store. She carefully listened to our requirements and went above and beyond to make sure we got the right product. We spent a lot of time choosing the right mattress, we were offered refreshments and different pillows and advice as needed. The other members of the team were also pleasant and offered advice and assistance as requested. I would highly recommend this store. Keep up the good work guys!
