good customer service and did not rush so made it easy to understand

The staff in the store were very helpful and friendly. I was immediately assisted in choosing the correct bed and was informed of all the different choices.

Emma & Colleague that served us on Sunday 25th July @ The Rugby store went above and beyond any expectations of level of customer service! We were astounded at their levels of product knowledge. They couldn’t do enough for us and we could tell they genuinely wanted to help. They are an asset to Dreams. We are returning customers having bought our existing bed 6 years ago. We look forward to receiving our bed and hope the quality of product reflects the high standards of customer service we have experienced up to date.

Someone was there to help me the entire way, they knew exactly which products to try to suit my needs and had a couple of different options when i wanted something different, they were accommodating and helpful with water and a paper towel over the pillows for safety. Great and easy experience

We walked into the shop and very quickly a manager came to serve us. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He was patient with us making our decision and trying out lots of beds. He was very understanding and empathetic about my back problems.

From when we arrived at the store, to purchasing a mattress, it was simply and easy. We didn't have to wait. We were approached as soon as we walked with a warm welcome by Michelle. The process was painless and within 50 minutes we had purchased and on our way home.

This was my second purchase of a dreams bed etc. Having had a bed and mattress 6yrs previous, there was no place else I was going to go except dreams. I am a disabled lady, and i was met at the door by a very nice, thoughtful man called Greg, he offered to help me, and after covid policies were dealt with. I told Greg my needs and why, he listened and then explained the monitoring bed, and how it worked. After the results Greg showed me 2 or 3 different types of mattresses that was thought to be matching my requirements, all the time be very aware of covid safe guards, this made me even more happy that I had chosen the right place to shop. I chose the mattress of my choice with a little bit of help from greg, I must say greg turned out to be a very polite knowledgeable young man.
