Very friendly service. Knowledgeable sales person who took the time to understand our needs, making suggestions without putting us under pressure to buy

The sales man (can't remember his name) was really good and helped us work out the right bed for us. We had gone into benson so before and the service was terrible so came round to Dreams and very impressed with friendliness and helpfulness of the staff

Met by emma who listened to what i wanted,showed.me the the various combinations , let me take my time., offered.advice and knowledge of the products. I even bought a tempur pillow after using one , made me a drink, very friendly., no hard sell

Matt the store Manager was superb, he knew what I wanted & expertly guided me through the selection process without being pushy but offering alternatives & helpful advice. Gave me time to make decisions & was professional & curtious at all times. The shop had all the products I required but was not overcrowded. I was in the shop for quite a while but was never made to feel rushed & Matt very kindly made me a cup of tea which is always a nice gesture. I cant praise him enough, good job Matt.
