I LOOKED ON LINE FIRST BUT FOUND IT A BIT CONFUSSING SO WE WENT TO THE SHOP AND THE ASSISTANT EXPLAINED EVERY THING TO US. SHE MADE THINGS MORE SIMPLE SO WE COULD UNDERSTOOD THE PRODUCTS WE WANTED TO BUY. WE WERE ALSO ALLOWED TO TRY OUT THE MATTRESS TO SEE WHICH ONE SUITED US, THIS WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO IF I ORDERED ONLINE. THE ASSISTANT WAS FRIENDLY AND GAVE US TIME TO MAKE DECISSIONS ON THE COLOUR OF FABRICS, CHOOSING THE HEADBOARD ECT. THE STORE HAD A WELCOMING ENVIORMENT AND THERE WAS NO PRESSURE PUT ON US TO BUY.

We felt that Emma looked after us exceptionally well, allowing us plenty of time to try different mattresses and pillows and talking us through all the various finance options. She even spent time contacting head office on our behalf to see if we were covered by a warranty on our last mattress.
